The volume of trade turnover between Russia and China has increased by 0.5 percent on a year-over-year basis to $56.2 billion in the first 10 months of this year, the Chinese General Administration of Customs said in its report released on Nov. 8.
According to the administration, Chinese export to Russia grew by 5.9 percent to $30.1 billion over the same period of time, while imports decreased by 5.2 percent to $26.1 billion.
Trade turnover between Russia and China in 2015 decreased by 27.8 percent to $64.2 billion. Chinese exports to Russia fell by 34.4 percent last year to $32.9 billion, while imports decreased by 19.1 percent to $31.4 billion.
